The room was comfortable and clean. There's a nice little coffee shop downstairs. Parking was good too, but a little tight driving downstairs so be careful in how you approach the ramp if you have a bigger car. When you drive around the back of the hotel to park, you have to drive across the courtyard to the parking garage, use your hotel card to key in and open the garage door, then drive down to little ramp to the underground parking. I had to figure that out with the help of hotel staff, so hoping to help others with that bit of info. Get your key card from the hotel first, then go and park. The hotel is near Chinatown (which is tiny btw), old Montreal and a short walk to restaurants and the subway, but please note, the hotel is a little out of the way, so not as centrally located to downtown as I expected, but still very doable.

The location was fairly central, within a short and equal walking distance to Old Montreal and the downtown core. We walked everywhere and always felt like we picked a good central location by staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. They were fluently bilingual, cheerful and informative. When we asked for a kettle to be delivered to our room the request was taken care of within less than 5 minutes and done with a smile. When we asked for bottled water, the concierge asked us how many we would like and promptly gave us what we needed. The coffee shop in the main lobby had decent espresso-based coffees and pastries. The gym was clean, spacious and decently equipped for a hotel. The parking was underground, seemed safe and was easily accessible. In and out privileges.

Kelly the front Desk girl was fantastic. My French is non existent, she stepped in with English as soon as I said Bonjour. She went over and beyond to take care of me and my son. she was very helpful giving suggestions for shopping, food and attractions. She kept my luggage while I played tourist before I could check in. Amazing service. Come see Kelly and tell her Justin from Calgary sent you. you will not be disappointed. Close to VIA Rail Down Town station walking distance. Close to Eaton Square Mall, Close to IGA grocery store, Close to The Old Port. So many attractions. I spent a week looking at Hotels online. Glad I finally made the choice to pick this one. Clean modern Hotel. Nice rooms. Nice work out room. Nice little pool and Hot Tub.

The location was perfect! Close to everything - walking distance to all sorts of places and attractions including restaurants and the subway. The restaurant, Darlington, was very good and the staff were friendly and courteous. Recommendations were helpful and tasty - both drinks and food. Pool was a treat as was the hot tub although would have preferred stronger jets. The hours of operation for the pool and gym facilities was very convenient and accommodating- you could definitely take advantage of them both in the morning and at night while still being able to pack in a day of adventure about town. Underground parking on site was a nice bonus! Definitely would recommend and will keep it in mind for my next visits!

Great location. Really close to Chinatown, downtown and other tourist sites. Clean and spacious room. The underground parking is safe and convenient and there are elevators inside allowing you to go up to your rooms without going outside. You need to check in first and provide them with the car info. Then room key cards and the parking card will be given. Use the key card to open the garage door and drive down. The garage entrance is at the back of the hotel (the courtyard). You can park at the courtyard first for check-in (just a few minutes) and then drive in the garage.
